'Explosion'

For Analoliy Hoodi and his family the melting permafrost means they have to seek out another place to live where they can catch fish. Dependent on fish the lake was the families major source of food, now it no longer exists. The water in the lake disappeared over night after what Anatoliy describes as a 'gas explosion' two years ago and now there is almost nothing left. This is very similar to the lake Yasha Yaptik's depended on in A Changing Landscape .
