Sri Gabinda

Local farmer Sri Gabinda stands on an artificially made defence by the sea front in the south part of Sagar island. It gives his land a small amount of protection from the encroaching sea. On the beach below tree stumps stick up out of the sand like memorial tombstones reminders of where the land used to be.
