Bola Majhi

Bola Majhi makes money as cycle rickshaw driver. Sixty percent of Sagar Islands population own no land. The larger proportion of the island's population work for farmers, compete at selling tea, or like Mr Majhi, join the army of rickshaw drivers. Thousands of people in this fragile delta survive on less than a dollar a day. If climate change continues most have no resources to build up a life elsewhere.
